We have experience in both Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
Where a dispute arises in the workplace we see that there are many more ways to try and resolve the dispute than litigation in the Employment Tribunal or the Courts.
On occasions, whether due to cost and location or the complexity of the issue arising, we refer our clients on to a recognised expert in this field of law. We are aware of the importance to our clients and the impact on them that an employment dispute can have. We regularly provide the initial advice and investigation before passing on the information to our referral partners to take the case forward thus allowing our clients to keep the costs to a manageable level.
