A valid Will enables you to effectively pass on your estate, as you choose, after your death. A Will is important to all of us.

The cost of administrating your estate where you do not have a Will is greater as is the time scale involved for winding up your estate. This extra worry can be avoided simply by making a Will. Some Wills are simple and provide for your estate to transfer to your spouse, whom failing to your children and/or grandchildren. Others are considerably more complicated.
